Over the Hedge (2024) is the video piece of a video installation centered on a hierarchical relationship between a hedgehog—ambiguous but plagued by bad luck due to the apple stuck in its spikes—and a delusional worm who has turned the apple into a summer residence of bro and hustle culture. In the video the viewer follws the worm who is showing off his residence in a MTV Cribs-like show format. In the intsallation the lilac hedgehog plushy is near the screen, or the video runs on a phone, stuck in his spikes.
Chance (2022) in a videowork on the dream of easy big money. The persons speaking affirmations in hope to be released from their misery. A desperate act of fighting against the borders of ones own mind and the systemic borders of class.
